happyplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your happyplay wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. happyplay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. happyplay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the happyplay Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). happyplay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
happyplay employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, money-laundering related, or in violation of applicable law will be suspended pending investigation. happyplay cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

All content on the happyplay Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of happyplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of happyplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, happyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
happyplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. happyplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude happyplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
